Refund Policy
Oliver & Langford will refund workshop fees for non-attendance, minus $100 administration fee, if notification is received 3 weeks prior to the workshop. If notification is received after this, no refund will be given. However, a substitute may attend. If the workshop does not proceed, a full refund will be provided.
